Abstract

This study aims to examine the performance of case management and variables affecting their performance by Personal Assistant Service Coordinator. To achieve a research purpose, a mail survey was conducted upon 162 coordinator and to examine the factors affecting multiple regression analysis was performed.
The finding were as follows. Factors affecting such a case management performance included perception of management infrastructure, training provided and satisfaction with salary.
Therefore, with these research results, the following was suggested. First, case management education should be strengthened to improve special abilities of coordinator. Second, studies to develop standardized measures for case management performance and instruction for concrete and standardized case management service were needed.
